Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients use technology to be more productive every day
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise
  • Communicate with clients and other staff on a regular basis
  • Manage coordination with client and act as an advocate for each client
  • Utilize hardware and software tools to isolate, troubleshoot and repair workstation problems
  • Coordinate system changes with support staff and customers to meet Service Level

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license; Reliable insured vehicle
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
  • Ability to project a professional , friendly image over the phone and in person
  • Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops and desktops
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software, Windows 7 and Office products

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Smartphones and tablets (iPad, Android, Blackberry…)
  • Experience working on a technical help desk or equivalent experience in supporting customer base
  • Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops and desktops
  • Certification in Comp TIA or Microsoft
